About Us

I work with children and youth using Synergetic Play Therapy. Through this framework, I support my clients to integrate their body sensations, emotions, and thoughts through play. Play in the language of children. When a child engages in play, they are able to explore the experience of the world in a safe and comfortable manner. I meet children where they are at and connect in a way that feels authentic and meaningful for them. I support children to develop emotional regulation, learn skills to better manage the challenges they face, and build on their strengths and resources. , My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered. The skills my clients learn are based on brain development, neuroscience and the role of the nervous system. In addition, I used a developmental framework when supporting children, and provide psychoeducation to parents to cultivate understanding and help foster deeper relationships. , I am providing in-person sessions at Strawberries & Sunshine Healing Centre in Port Coquitlam.
