I believe that health, joy and compassion is our human birth-right. We all have the innate drive for growth and healing, and counseling helps this to emerge. Therapy acts as a positive space in which to grow and heal in order to be able to be present in your life with integrity, purpose and understanding. My purpose is to create the space for you to discover more about your true nature; what is authentic and right for you in your life. I enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth and unfolding. I commit to being fully present with you and to provide direct, honest focus and support. , I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. Imago Relationship Therapy is a uniquely nonjudgmental, compassionate approach that will help you reinvigorate your relationships, transform conflict into connection and embrace new possibilities to deepen all your relationships. , My practice is client centered and strengths based, rooted in Imago Relationship Theory, Mindfulness and various wisdom traditions I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches.
