Counselling is about helping the client. What this looks like will differ for each individual. My role as a therapist is to support you in the ways that will meet your individual needs, wants, goals and expectations. Together we build a relationship where the focus is on understanding the healing that has to take place in order for you to grow in the ways that you are looking for. I work with adults, youth, and support a variety of issues, including PTSD, addictions, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I believe in supporting individuals to achieve a greater understanding of their cognitive, emotional and physical health.
