A Registered Psychologist in Vancouver since 1980, I am passionate about exploring the subconscious mind, assisting my clients to clarify and accomplish their goals, personal and professional. My ideal client has some knowledge of themselves and is deeply motivated to change. Patterns that respond very well to hypnotherapy include smoking, emotional eating, addictions, phobias and insomnia. Hypnotherapy can clear sabotages to success, blocks to self esteem, blocks to creativity, procrastination, fear of public speaking, and help athletes achieve optimal sports performance. Relationships: I love to work with couples experiencing relationship issues, helping them learn to express and listen to each other from the heart. , Hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation are wonderful therapeutic tools to assist you in tapping into peace, creativity and expansiveness and to help release old negative beliefs and attitudes about your self. Hypnosis is an effective technique to reduce stress, release limiting attitudes and to reprogramme for positive change. , I believe that people are, at the core, whole and well--we just need to figure out what is getting in the way of that wellness. My work clarifies how profoundly we are shaped by our family systems and teaches clients practical skills of meditation, self hypnosis and affirmative thought.
