Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. I am here to help my clients reduce their stress and lead a more fulfilling life. At times we find ourselves struggling with negative self-talk and limiting core beliefs which were instilled during childhood. These feelings may lead to maladaptive coping skills such as addiction, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Together we will dismantle these core beliefs in order to live a more authentic existence. , I arrived to the field of counselling as a second career after working for 16 years in healthcare in a busy hospital setting. This unique experience has equipped me with valuable insights into the complexities of living with chronic health conditions, including societal stigma and systemic obstacles, as well as the often frustrating healthcare landscape. , I am here to provide support and offer coping skills. My objective as a counsellor is to empower clients to lead more fulfilling lives while minimizing stress and maladaptive coping mechanisms. It is a privilege to connect with clients and be entrusted with their unique stories.
