In my twenty plus years experience working in the community and public school system, I have supported a variety of folks including: children, youth, adults, couples and families. I seek to help clients recognize their strengths, and I work with them to defuse from painful thoughts and feelings and to live a richer and more fulfilling life based on their values. I deeply value the relationship I have with my clients, and am honoured to support them to realize their goals. , I have specific training in Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT) which is a humanistic approach that helps clients develop a secure and vital connection to themselves and others. Viewing relational and individual distress through the lens of emotions and attachment theory, EFT offers a way to recognize and express emotional needs clearly. , I would be more than happy to connect and offer the opportunity to explore your values and to walk with you as you work toward your goals.
