Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I offer culturally sensitive counseling, including ICBC and CVAP cases. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples heal from trauma, improve communication, and regain control.
