My name is Kelsey (She/Her). I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTC-C) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). I am a gentle natured, kind hearted person with a love for supporting people along their journey. A little more about me is the values I hold near and dear to my heart. Patience, Mindfulness, Spaciousness, and Forgiveness. I find importance in these values because I desire to embody these qualities in how I move through my life, as well as what I want to surround myself with. I greatly appreciate the compassionate and gentle energy they offer. , I am passionate about supporting anxiety, depression, emotions, grief, holistic wellness: including Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual; And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
