About Us

My work primarily supports men, youth (8+) through adulthood, developing awareness, insight, and skills to support growth. Whether it be noticing and conceptualizing emotions for the first time, or sharpening skills to better support emotional expression, a space is created for you to lean into your areas of development and learn to communicate your needs. We talk about emotions, how to communicate effectively, regulation techniques, the importance of routine, and how the seasons impact our experience. View 5 Photos, I specialize in emotions, relationships, and Nature Therapy; focussing on identifying, regulating, and communicating our emotions, goals, and needs. I believe healing is better suited outdoors and host my sessions primarily in the comfort of Nature (virtual or in-clinic sessions are available). , The more we know, the more we grow.
