About Us

Hi there, my name is Kathryn Gardiner. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and I love what I do. Life is hard. For everyone. Finding someone to help make it less so can be tricky and also deeply rewarding. I believe in not only championing and supporting my clients but equipping them with the skills necessary to reach their greatest potential. I take great pride in walking alongside those who recognize the need to do a little digging. Witnessing the courage it takes to do so never ceases to move me, and in turn inspires me to continue my work. On the job and off. , Seeing challenges as opportunities, I approach my clients with warmth, compassion and respect, as we move towards positive growth at a healthy and natural pace. Areas of speciality include anxiety, depression, parenting and food related challenges specific to binge or emotional eating. , Recognizing the need for change can be emotional and overwhelming. But the rewards will come, and gratitude will inevitably be felt, not just by you, but by those in your life who will benefit from you taking this first step in standing for the possibility of an increasingly fulfilling life!
