I want to understand you and your world, so will explore with listening, questions, exercises, and as I get to know you, may gently point out your blind spots, road blocks - we all have them! We can explore what you want to be different, eg emotions, actions, beliefs, relationships, connection to yourself and your own truth, and figure out how to move towards those goals in concrete ways, shifting skills and perspectives, and re-connecting you to your own power.
