I provide skilled therapy for individuals ages 18+ who are having difficulties coping with the inevitable ups and downs of life. I believe that even the most confident and capable of us can sometimes get stuck in challenging circumstances and unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that takes us away from what matters most. My approach to therapy can help you learn new ways of understanding, relating to and coping with your painful experiences and encourages you to take intentional steps towards a rich and meaningful life. , Individual counselling, specializing in the areas of young adult/adult, anxiety/worries, mood/depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, grief/loss, stress/overwhelm, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. I draw from my trainings in somatic attachment, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy and others. , I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience.
