" Any one of us can face hard times or crises in our personal, work, or social lives. Stressors such as traumatic events, significant life changes, stacking of duties, huge responsibilities, negative peers, disapproving family, etc. can create pressure that feels like it is taking over our lives. We can feel overwhelmed, hopeless, lonely, stuck, scared, angry and more. When we experience this it can feel like our ability to cope is just beyond our grasp.
