About Us

Are you or your loved one feeling frustrated, anxious and overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions? This is where engagement in therapy can help. I have been counselling youth, adults and their families for the last 17 years. I take tremendous pride in bringing warmth, skill and humour to the counselling relationship. I am deeply passionate and privileged about walking alongside my clients in their journey to improving their overall well being. , I have specialized clinical training in working with caregivers and their loved ones who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use challenges. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to engage individuals who are ambivalent about counselling. Without successful engagement, positive outcomes will not occur. , Whether you are an adolescent or adult, we all have an inherent need to feel deeply heard, understood and accepted as we are. Therapy is a process of self-discovery and with increased self-awareness, we will work together to develop specific skills and resources to help you better cope with the patterns that are getting in the way of your happiness.
