Hello and welcome, I am a warm and empathetic psychotherapist specializing in relational, developmental and incident trauma. I help empower individuals to break free from patterns of insecure attachment caused by childhood trauma and develop the skills and awareness necessary to create strong, meaningful connections with self and others.
