I work with clients from every walk of life who need support for a wide range of issues and challenges. I work with individuals facing anxiety, stress, depression, tough life choices, addictions, and many other issues. I work with couples to overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship, and I can help with post-divorce parenting challenges. , With twenty years of experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I bring practical, compassionate wisdom, and a sense of humour to my work. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and am currently becoming certified in EMDR for trauma. I love working with couples, and use an Attachment focus in both individual and couples work. , I am committed to giving honest, direct, and supportive feedback on the issues clients face, so that together we can find a way forward. I believe that by the end of each session, clients should leave with practical tools, increased insight, and more confidence in facing their challenges. I offer some weekend and evening sessions, and am centrally located.
