One of the most profound sources of healing is already embedded in you; your body, your dreams, and your senses are always giving you clues as to what it is you need most, what you are invited to heal next, and where your next best step is. Current neuroscience reveals to us what ancient mystics and spiritual leaders have been showing us for millennia - that we can and will heal in profound ways as we gain capacity to integrate all of our experiences. Journeying together with a practitioner or healer who can see us, accurately reflecting back to us what we could not previously see, is a life-changing experience. , I have worked with traumas of all kinds - from birth & early medical traumas, to relational and attachment traumas, ongoing abuse, MVAs, & natural disasters. I work with young children through adults, with parents, with adults seeking to heal their child selves, and with life transitions of all kinds.
