Relationship Counselling: Our relationships impact the quality of our lives. When the relationships that are important to us, with partners, family members, friends, peers, and co-workers are challenged and/or suffering, life is a very different experience than when our relationships are healthy & thriving. (Conflict, communication, trust, attachment, change & growth, love). Individual Counselling: I work with adults and youth. Often focused on personal growth, exploring old behaviours and patterns, collaborating to create new ones that will serve clients better in achieving a fulfilling quality of life. I aim to cultivate a tailored, individualized approach to therapy that is strength based, well researched & solution focused. My practice is trauma informed and culturally inclusive. Clients can expect a compassionate, judgment free, unbiased approach, along with the most current counselling practices.
