I can also plan a physical wellness program and help with weight management issues. I also work with students who have academic and learning issues. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches as fits the clients needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic/Existential Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques. ", I have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and am a National Certified Coach in multi-sport to help with your physical wellness program and sport psychology. \r\nI have a Bachelor of Education and have 18 years of experience working with students who have learning issues including test anxiety.
