I have experience working with both youth and adults, and I enjoy working with people who are in need of emotional support, trauma processing, or are at a point in life that is unmanageable or wanting change. , Coming from a professional dance back ground I am a movement specialist and have a somatic understanding of emotions and trauma in the body with a focus on grounding techniques, processing trauma and exploring thoughts that keep us "stuck" in unhelpful behaviour and thinking patterns.
