Life is hard , period. As human beings we are wired for connection and are not meant to navigate life alone. The reality is that we don’t have to. I offer specialized counselling for individuals facing challenges with eating disorders (disordered eating of any kind) body dissatisfaction and problematic substance use. I provide support for a wide array of other challenges too, such as life transitions, mood disorders, self worth/self-esteem, relationship challenges, maternal mental health and faith/religious deconstruction. , We\ve all heard it before, that the only way out is through. I can provide a safe space to explore and make sense of the "why" behind the "what,” allowing us to truly move towards your wellness goals. I use a curious, non-judgemental lens and an integrative approach, pulling from many therapeutic styles depending on your individual needs and wants. , I am not the expert of your life, but rather you are and I can support you as you learn to discover, sharpen and trust your inner guide.
