About Us

" Welcome and thank you for taking time to explore my page! I am a highly experienced counsellor for women with an online practice and an in-person practice. I aim to create a warm and welcoming place where clients can come to explore, grow, and find increased healing from difficulties. As a highly relational person, my attuned attention and compassionate nature support a large part of my practice. I firmly believe that healing takes place, partly, in relationships. It is within the therapeutic relationship that I tailor theoretical approaches to meet each individuals unique strengths, desires, processes, and needs. ", I have over a decade of experience and training in working with clients who battle OCD (all subtypes such as harm based, contamination, scrupulosity etc), cPTSD, phobias, anxiety, and depression. I am dedicated to lifelong learning to continue to develop as a therapist. My little hypoallergenic dog, Dixie, and rescue dog, Playa often join us on the journey! , My in-person office is located in Harrison Mills between Mission and Agassiz, 30 mins from Chilliwack and I also offer online (phone/video) counselling.
