The foundation of my work is trauma-informed, holistic, and mindfulness-based. I use active listening skills that will leave you feeling acknowledged witnessed, and heard. You can expect attunement, empathy, and compassion. , As a seasoned practitioner who can offer you hope and healing through your emotional pain, I provide a safe, sacred, virtual space that is resiliency-building.
