My name is Gosia and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#18317) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology offering adult individual therapy. I believe that our healing begins when we are truly heard, believed and seen. My counselling approach is holistic, strength based and client centered. I am committed to equality and social justice, and treat each person with dignity, complete acceptance and compassion. I believe that everyone has creativity, strength, wisdom, and a capacity to make their own decisions and changes. It is my greatest privilege to walk alongside you bearing witness to your transformation. , For over twenty five years, I have been helping those in need in various capacities. My education and life experiences have provided me with opportunities to work with individuals of all age groups facing mental health, physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. , Working through my own experience with trauma, depression and anxiety; I truly understand how important it is to feel seen, heard and supported. As an immigrant, I am also familiar with the loneliness, grief, confusion and loss this transition can create within us.
