About Us

My counselling approach centers around our relationship and the trust that we will develop together. I do not take your trust for granted, nor attempt to rush the natural pace that that may require to build. A crucial pillar of my work focuses on mindfulness and self-compassion. I have observed repeatedly throughout my career that the deeper, more sustainable work is most able to happen when we compassionately allow ourselves to venture into that void. To me, the therapist-client relationship serves as a supportive guide and alternative perspective, with you remaining the expert on you. , I specialize in eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating) and issues around disordered eating, as well as counselling in pregnancy and early motherhood. I have over 12 years experience in the field of eating disorders, from adolescents to adults, from inpatient hospitalization, to residential care, to outpatient and private settings. , I believe deeply in the power of meaningful connection to guide us towards growth and healing. It is an honour to get to engage in this work alongside the daring and courageous among us willing to venture inward.
