I have found that I can most effectively meet my patients’ needs by employing a combination of CBT, cognitive behavioural RLT, attachment theory, and psychodynamic modalities. I am also a Clinical Supervisor. , I have been practising mental health, psychology, and psychotherapy for nearly 18 years. I am specially trained to care for young people from the age of 14 to adolescents and beyond. I have worked in the UK, Pakistan, and South Africa.
