" Im Emily Popoff, a therapist the founder of Talking Helps Heal, a dedicated group counselling practice comprised of eight compassionate and skilled therapists who serve adults, youth, couples, and families in our Cranbrook and Kimberley offices, as well as online for clients anywhere in British Columbia. I am passionate about supporting adults & older youth to reduce their anxiety, feel more confident, set better boundaries, heal from childhood wounds, and more. I have a specialization in perinatal mental health and am fond of supporting parents.
