About Us

As a social worker specializing in sex therapy, I help clients explore sex and intimacy with openness, curiosity, and compassion. We work together to uncover and understand the factors that shape sexual experiences, including early messaging about sex, cultural narratives, and individual desires. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express their needs, confront barriers to intimacy and deepen emotional and physical connection. Whether through communication skills, self-exploration, or somatic techniques, I work with clients to determine how they can best experience fulfilling and authentic sexual lives. , I strive to create therapeutic spaces where any and all topics related to sexuality can be discussed. By exploring emotional, physical, and relational factors, I guide clients toward understanding their authentic desires, challenge unhelpful narratives, and foster healthy, empowered sexual connections. , Often, people do not have a safe and open place to learn about or discuss sex and intimacy, even though sexuality is a core part of our identity (whether having sex or not). My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to create meaningful shifts in how they relate to their bodies, their wants and desires, and their intimate relationships.
