About Us

Hi! I’m Dr. Michelle. I am a Registered Psychologist with a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. I completed my residency in Los Angeles, California where I supervised doctoral students in addition to providing psychotherapy. My practice focuses on people managing: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and chronic health conditions. I also provide couple therapy. Lastly, I conduct psychoeducational assessments for suspected/confirmed learning disorders and ADHD for children 8-years and older and adults. , Whether you are looking for support with a specific mental health issue or cope with a chronic health condition (e.g., weight issues, IBS, or chronic fatigue), I would love to help. I take a client centred approach in therapy, meaning you and I work as a team. Therapy is offered online and Psychoeducational assessments are offered in person in Victoria, BC. , Who you trust to be vulnerable with is incredibly important. But, you need more than a safe person to talk to. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to share your biggest challenges and assist you in improving your well-being. I know personally the struggle of chronic health issues, and overcoming them with support. I want to be that support for you.
