I work with couples and families who have relationship issues. I am also a Sports Psychology mental skills coach and work with athletes who are experiencing mental health and sport performance issues. , My integrative approach to therapy is based on twenty-five years of professional experience working in mental health and addictions. I use a variety of approaches to suit the unique needs of each individual client. I spend time getting to know my clients and work in a collaborative manner to facilitate their unique journey for a better quality of life.
