Who am I? Why don’t I feel anything? Why do I just “numb out” with TV, with drinking, or with endless scrolling? Why do I have no energy? What was I put on this earth to do? Sometimes, we lose sight of who we even are. , I will help you find the purpose that has been missing in your life. Our work will be an exploration of YOU. We will excavate your most true self so you can engage purposefully with life. , My professional background is in addiction, poverty and social justice. I work with oppressed groups, and recognize the impact that oppression can have on your self-concept.
