I view psychological wellbeing as I do physical wellbeing - it requires time, care and maintenance. Making the decision to feel better when you feel down does not always come easily. Some of the treatment models that I am certified in are: Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). , My practice has two therapy sections within the room. There is a traditional therapy area and a creative play area where children can express, explore and just be.
