Accepting new clients! I specialize in eating disorders, body image, trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), self esteem, anxiety, & depression. My approach to healing includes both the mind and body. If you struggle with insecurities, self criticism, managing emotions, overthinking, destructive behaviours, or relationship issues, I would love to support you. I can help you to shift underlying beliefs, safely process trauma, and utilize effective coping strategies. Counselling can lead to increased self confidence, inner peace, and deeper meaning in life. I am also an EMDR therapist, reiki practitioner, and a guided breathwork facilitator.
