I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their ongoing challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are right now, giving you practical insights, clinically proven tools, and step-by-step strategies that can move you from surviving to thriving. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and interpersonal conflict. I also work with couples who are feeling stuck and discouraged in their relationship, identifying the root of their ongoing struggles, increase intimacy, and open a path to better communication. , I take an integrative approach to therapy drawing from different schools of theory to help with a range of issues. Using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Therapy, Attachment Theory, Gottman method and so on. Continually availing myself to extensive ongoing training so I am better equipped to assist you. , Regardless of what brings you to counselling, at the heart of my work with all my clients is a safe and trusting therapeutic relationships.
