About Us

" As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, family lawyer, family mediator and parenting coordinator, I am acutely aware that relationships dont end, they change; especially the case when children are involved. As a therapeutic Counsellor I support individuals, couples and families to actively manage change to lead more fulfilling lives, regardless of whether they live in one or two households. In working with couples I use a variety of evidence-based strategies including family systems, internal family systems, Gottman, emotionally focused therapy and attachment based theories. , My personal style is open, welcoming and practical. There is no judgement. Each client brings their own unique story and they remain the expert in their own lives. By building a strong collaborative professional relationship we work on identifying the root cause of an issue and identify ways to create positive change.
