About Us

Hi, I’m Andrew- a therapist with a passion for finding purpose and meaning in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming and hard to make sense of. My counselling services focus on cultivating and discovering resilience, connection and trust-in-self to create meaningful, lasting change. Before beginning my counselling training I spent over a decade in the Army and have years of experience and training in psychology, counselling, resilience, trauma-treatment, life transitions, leadership, and planning to support my clients. , I sepecialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD) and harmful self-criticism. I am also connected to issues of identity, belonging, and meaning-making, particularly amongst uniformed personnel including soldiers, police, firefighters, medical professionals, and corrections officers. , I know from personal experience that beginning counselling is not easy. It takes courage, patience and an open mind. I also know that it can be life-changing. To this end, I commit to listen without judgement and to help you on your journey towards living the life you want.
