Do you feel like your mental health gets in the way of connecting with who you feel you ought to be? Do you have a desire to have deeper, more authentic relationships? There are many reasons we might feel disconnected from our selves or the world around us. Through supportive collaboration we can navigate your felt-sense of disconnection and associated feelings like: anxiety, depression, and loneliness. We then begin addressing and taking care of what keeps us disconnected such as: shame, guilt or past relational traumas. People often find an increased sense of self-compassion, authenticity, and empowerment from our work together. , Through exploring the tender vulnerable parts of ourselves I work with you to discover and reignite your sense of zest, connection, and authenticity. As a Queer man I passionately support folx navigating: sexuality, gender, identity and life transitions. I also focus on support people through grief work, relationships, couples and friendships. , Life is ambiguous, messy, and ever-changing. I like to believe I hold space for this. I feel we often experience the most change and meaning when we feel safe and supported to explore, connect, and create new possibilities together.
