On the journey of life we all can experience difficulties that cause us to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and alone. In these moments, a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate place that offers support and care, can be so therapeutically helpful. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed with the challenges of life, navigating the grief of loss, experiencing relationship challenges that cause you to feel disconnected from your partner, or experiencing anything that is negatively impacting your sense of wellbeing; I am here to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental support. , I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as an Associate Professional Counsellor with the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I work with both individuals and couples and work with a variety of presenting issues. , Regardless of a what your challenges may be, I will always work to offer a non-judgmental and compassionate presence that serves to empathically offer care that validates and empowers you in ways that promote increased wellbeing.
