I work with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, school age children (ages 4+) and those living with disabilities, anxiety, and stress. I offer a client-centered approach, collaborating with each person to create a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients manage symptoms and develop coping skills. I create personalized treatment plans that meet each persons unique needs, committed to helping you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
