You want and need psychological and practical skills to help you address these issues . , I create a warm, caring, non- judgmental, motivating and often humorous environment that fosters trust and hope. I am skilled and I enjoy working with individuals with anxiety, poor self-esteem, anger, relationship problems,depression, communication problems and adjustment problems. , If you are ready for change, I would be honored to help you walk through these tough situations.
