About Us

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, skilled in the support of diverse people groups. I am passionate about people, and count it a privilege to support individuals, couples and families along their personal journeys toward emotional and relational wholeness. I understand how difficult life can be; as a survivor of domestic violence I have personally navigated the deep waters of low-self esteem, self-doubt and self-sabotage to emerge on the other side of the darkness victorious! It is my life-long calling to destroy the walls of limitation holding people hostage-if you are ready to take the journey-my bags are packed! , Everything begins with a thought, therefore, my practice focuses on identifying the lies our negative experiences have told us, replacing them with the truth that you are not the sum of your mistakes-dismantling the limiting beliefs that keep us in cycles of fear and self-doubt that serve as the breeding ground for anxiety and depression. , I utilize a simple definition of Compassion: to see one hurting and be compelled to alleviate the pain. I am compelled to walk with you as your coach and guide towards the life of wholeness that you deserve.
