About Us

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, focusing on adults and couples. I seek to establish trust through ongoing collaboration with my clients and ensure development of a symbiotic relationship, which supports a client’s feelings of safety, greater self-knowledge, access to their inner resources and liberation of repressed feelings. I seek to cultivate an environment steeped in calm, which allows the client or couple to embrace/grow their capacity to see their own value and self worth. , I use Psychodynamic, Positive Psychology and DBT. For Trauma, I use EMDR, Flash Technique and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy. I also work with couples, trained in The Gottman Method, and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I also support those in high pressure careers using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (Jon Kabat-Zinn). , I wish to collaborate with you as my client to cultivate insight, orient you to your strengths, find resilience and create calm and contentment in your family, work, social, and spiritual life. I consider humor and music to be essential, and I also encourage you to be a seeker of other coping skills that "fit" you, for empowerment and self nurture.
