", With 750+ hours of training in resilience & trauma resolution (incl. EMDR, IFS Level 1, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy, 200+ hrs in developmental trauma healing, & 225+ hrs as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner), my focus is on tailoring your sessions to best meet YOUR needs, with a focus on integrating mind and body to you find deep, lasting healing. , It takes courage to step into a path of healing, and I recognize that in you. We all have the capacity for wholeness, but sometimes we need somebody to walk with us in our journey.
