With almost 30 years of experience working in the helping profession with teens, families and adults and the last 3 years studying to become a licensed professional counselor, I am able to accurately and effectively evaluate and treat most issues arising within each of these groups & welcome the chance to help you. , My specialty lies in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, a method that is widely recognized for its effectiveness in addressing a host of concerns like depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem.
