Wed be a great fit if you: have an eating disorder/disordered eating and are ready to make progress with recovery, are navigating leaving the church or the after effects of leaving, are looking to do EMDR to address trauma or negative life experiences or beliefs, or are a professional looking to find some work/life balance. I also love working with the LGBTQIA+ community and with those who have chronic illness/chronic pain. ", I blend mind, body, and spirit as I believe all three are important for true healing. I work from a nervous system-based modality that addresses your sense of safety and expanding your window of tolerance. I use some cognitive modalities as well to address the limiting thoughts that come along with a dysregulated nervous system. , True healing takes time, care, and attention. I see you holistically and intersectionally and will work with you to address your needs and meet your goals. I have done hard things and I want to help support you to do hard things.
