I believe the therapeutic relationship is central and that many of our struggles come from wounded relationships and difficulty with connection. I work to build a relationship of deep empathy and connection with my clients in addition to providing tools for working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image, self esteem, relationship struggles, career transitions, grief, and interpersonal struggles. , " I received my MA in Mindfulness-Based Counseling from Naropa University. I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have done extensive professional development in Complex PTSD, Attachment Theory, and in Intuitive Eating, which seeks to heal a clients disordered relationships with eating and body image. ", My job is to walk next to you as we explore areas of wounding, mistaken beliefs, and interpersonal struggles together. While I will provide you with some tools and concepts that can aid in that journey, I believe that clients heal when they are unconditionally accepted. I aim to provide that space of acceptance in my sessions.
