About Us

Relationships are of utmost importance to me and I see the value in helping others work towards the relationships they need and deserve. I aim to join you where you are and in a loving yet firm way, help you to see your role in the negative interactional patterns that are occurring in your life whether it involves a spouse, a child, a family member, friendship or work relationship. We are created for connection and whether or not how we approach those connections is healthy will determine our stability and security in life. , I believe that people are not designed to handle hurt, rejection, or conflict alone. I work with individuals and couples to give them a safe and comfortable place to work through whatever they are currently experiencing. My style of therapy is an attachment-oriented approach called Emotion Focused Therapy that focuses on safe connection and emotional contact , I know that considering reaching out to a therapist can sometimes be a difficult thing. My hope is that if you are in a place in life where you feel stuck or are ready for change in general that you will take a chance and reach out to me. Counseling can be a life-changing experience and it is always an honor to be a part of that.
