About Us

The journey to healing and fulfillment is not always easy but with commitment, it is always worthwhile. It is my belief that with the right therapeutic alliance and the right environment, everyone can unpack their own emotional "bag." I seek to meet clients were they are emotionally and assist them in finding the core of their problems to move forward. I use a humanistic approach to assist clients to increase their awareness and to understand, express, and regulate their emotions. I come from a place of non-judgment, compassion, empathy, and honesty to provide observation, healthy coping skills, and a listening ear. , I have training in various therapy modalities, including emotion focused (EFT), person centered (PCT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I have experience working with a variety of mental and emotional health issues and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and attachment based issues. , I believe that the power of healing and transformation resides within each client and my role as a therapist is to simply provide both the space and safety to help facilitate change.
