I consider clients to be experts in their own lives, clients know what suggestions sound appealing to them to help deal with problems in life. We may not always be able to change the outcome of our situations in life, though we certainly can help how we respond to problems that arise. I want to showcase to clients that change is possible, regardless of the circumstances that they may be facing, growth is possible to help us heal from our worries. , I offer clients a person-centered approach. Incorporating the client into the planning process to help them with the goals, and how to achieve them is essential to a therapeutic relationship. Wherever you may be struggling in life, I want to meet you where you are. I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients to help cope with life stressors. , Life can be hard and unpredictable. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, LGBTQ+ clients, clients facing trauma, and clients facing problems with anxiety, and depression, which are some of my specialties. I want clients to know that progress is still growth, even small growth is an essential component on the pathway to recovery.
