You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. , You may be intimidated by the idea of therapy, or feel like you aren’t ready. That’s okay! Most people feel the way you do. I can meet you where you are and we can get you where you want to be. My job isn’t to tell you what to do— it’s to give you the tools that you need to navigate whatever life throws at you. , I have dedicated my career to specializing in working with individuals with trauma, & am trained in leading evidence-based treatments, because I know how incredibly empowering it can be to take back control from experiences that have negatively shaped your life. The hardest part is truly getting started, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m ready when you are!
